Walking and Running techniques

All walking and motor control techniques will be associated with body and mind training practices. Running techniques and relative training will follow.

Perfect Shape on the beach and in the water

Perfect Shape exercises to be practiced in the water, open to all ages even if you do not swim.
Perfect Shape exercises to be practiced on the beach in complete relax.

Energy self-massage and Sound self-massage

Simple yet effective Energy self-massage techniques.

Lead and let yourself to be led

Balance and harmony exercises, listening to oneself and the other person exercises, the art of leading and let oneself to be led by the other person through non-verbal communications.

Rhythm Harmony

Develop and refine the capacity to recognize a rhythmic pulsation and to resonate with it, control it and respect its peculiar characteristics. Recognize and value your own personal rhythm to tune up with the Universal Rhythm without interfering.

During the week other activities like Tai Chi Chuan, pelvic muscle exercises, eyes exercises will be practiced.
